Customer Service and Support

I have spent the last five years working for the world's largest hospitality company at its premiere location, the Disneyland Resort. On a daily basis I directly serve hundreds of our theme park Guests by providing basic operating information such as showtimes and helpful tips like dining suggestions in addition to created Disney magic for kids and adults alike. Within the Park I work at the Innoventions Pavilion in Tomorrowland where I often aide our Guests in understanding many types of new, futuristic technology including gaming, home automation, and robotics.

Technology

Over the last decade I have developed a variety of websites for companies in many industries. In every case, I have dedicated myself to developing accessible websites based upon the strictest web standards. Creating sites that display correctly across platforms, serve all customers equally well, and still remain visually appealing is a challenge, but it is one that I take on with every project. Additionally, my work in web multimedia production and development has prepared me for the future of the Internet.

Theatre

I always try to innovate and bring new solutions to everyday obstacles. With an expansive knowledge of the arts, I look toward evolving techniques and ideas to resolve issues and keep productions moving forward.
